This page explains how inquiry fields on Case Packer Sourcing may be used. The live handling of submissions depends on the production feedback endpoint when it is connected. Until that endpoint is in service, treat this text as the intended scope, not as a completed processing record.
Name, work email, optional company and phone, and the procurement requirement. Optional budget, currency, per-unit or whole-order basis, and supplier-tier preference are merged into the requirement text at submit time. They are not stored as separate backend fields.
We use those details to clarify specifications and to request factory quotations. We do not sell inquiry lists. Drawings shared later by email after first contact should exclude information you do not want factories to see.
Retention follows the production host’s feedback process when that process exists. You may ask, through a later inquiry, that a request not be forwarded further.
