Independent procurement coordination

Case Packer Sourcing

Case Packer Sourcing organizes case packer requirements, factory replies and quote comparisons. We are not the equipment builder, not a maker-appointed selling agent, and not a warehouse. Scope limits below explain where our coordination stops and where named suppliers remain responsible.

Scope limits

Independent sourcing partner: we collect the pack matrix, utilities and destination, request factory quotes, and place those quotes side by side. We do not certify plants, hold inventory, or take SAT liability.

Scope limits: Upstream

Buyers remain owners of product samples, case blanks, plant layout, utility capacity and the decision to award. We will flag missing products/minute versus cases/minute figures, but we do not invent a pack pattern to make a form look complete. Drawings can be discussed after the first requirement is received; this site has no upload field.

Control boundary

Our comparison stops at what bidders wrote: machine boundary, tooling, gripper or wrap-around forming, erection devices, FAT/SAT wording, Incoterms and spare parts. If a bidder copies a public carton-packing rate such as 100 products per minute beside 35 cases per minute, we treat that as the bidder’s reference, not as Case Packer Sourcing evidence for your SKU. Site supply (208/230/480 V, 60 Hz) and working air in bar or psi stay on the buyer side of the RFQ until the named factory confirms the panel and compressor load in kW.

No founding year, headcount, audited factory roster or percentage saving is published here because those facts are not on file for this service. Optional budget and supplier-tier preference (high-end, mid-range, budget, or still comparing) describe how you want factories screened; they are not verified ratings of those factories.
